The cornerstone on which each project starts, it is a wide collection of more than 150 references in 30 formats, between which can be traced the outline of your commercial and marketing design, to realize your best private label ice cream.

For the new projects (brand new never-marketed product types) EDO Spa always plans, as well as the feasibility project, a complete pre-industrialisation test in which all production steps are validated, respecting product and process certifications.

EDO Spa, respecting people and environment, uses only highest certified quality raw materials.

It is equipped with a 4.0 programming management system that is constantly checked and updated, as the training of all employed staff is.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

The Research & Development department examinate your needs and take action in asking you the right questions to understand the real goals of the product you wish to realize.

INTERNAL ANALYSIS

The collected informations are verified and checked with the EDO case studies and with competitors, to set out the concept of the new product.

PROJECT

At this stage, the project is interpreted according to EDO Spa’s experience, considering the latest market trends and the current consumption habits.

CRITICAL ANALYSIS

The project is produced in an initial test for the organoleptic analysis. Then, once the recipe has been refined, industrial production can start.

UNIQUE REFERENT

From the beginning of the activities, your project is assigned to a project manager who is in charge of it. He follows all work phases and oversee the workteam. The PM is your contact person in EDO Spa.

CONSTANT CHECK

In the development phases, multiple tests, samples and contamination free swabs are carried out and shared with you to refine the perfect recipe.

WARRANTY

With the commissioning of your project, all legal controls and other not-mandatory EDO warranty tests are activated, for an outcome that truly meets your expectations in every way.
