The Gluten-free line at EDO Spa is dealt with careful procedures made up of virtuous behaviour – of all our staff – to avoid contamination of the gluten-free production. With the same care, production lines are sanitised before the starting of the production.
This dedication is enhanced by more than 50 recipes specially developed by EDO’s R&D team, where the absence of gluten does not affect the tastiness and quality of the product. All procedures and production steps, as well as the recipes, have received a certified approval from the Italian Celiachy Disease Association. EDO Spa is listed in the AIC handbook.
