EDO Spa is specialised in the development of stick solutions, and was among the first to produce the sorbet sticks: an important and very trendy development in the tasting of the sorbets, which can reach up to 60 per cent of fruit pulp.
The multiple development possibilities of stick solutions are a natural evolution that responds to the latest consumption habits: from fruit, with different concentrations, to lightly alcoholic sorbets, with surprising mixes with various types of spirits.
