We use plant-based alternatives to milk such as: soya, coconut, oats, rice: every ingredient is naturally milk-free and lactose-free.
The production lines are sanitised, following procedures that are validated by the independent certification institute ELLEFREE, to guarantee the absence of milk.
At the end of the sanitisation process, we carry out control swabs of the production lines, which are analysed by certified independent external laboratories.
All EDO Spa staff is trained on the correct behaviour to eliminate possible contaminations.
